Bob has been a part of the insurance industry since 1968. He has achieved insurance designations CPCU, ANFI, AAI and Floodplain Management designation CFM. These past 13 years, Bob held the position of Insurance Specialist with both the NFIP and FEMA Region 1. He has served in the field for several Post-Disaster assignments including the RI Flood Event of 2010 and he has taught insurance courses with the Insurance Institute at Northeastern University for 8 years in the 70's and 80's. Past positions prior to joining FEMA include Regional Underwriting Officer, Branch Manager and Marketing/Sales Executive with three different Fortune 500 Insurance Companies.

RIFMA’s Flood Talk Friday Webinar is a platform for any RIFMA member to share (and brag) about programs, projects and events that work towards Rhode Island flood mitigation and resilience. For one hour, you’ll have a captive audience of like-minded flood-obsessed peers! We are trying to fill the first six months of 2023 (dates below) from 12-1pm.
