Lance Hill, P.E. is a Vice President at Pare Corporation. This is his third term as Vice Chair for the RIFMA Board.
Casey Merkle is the Coordinator for the Wood-Pawcatuck Wild and Scenic Rivers Stewardship Council. This is her first term as Secretary for the RIFMA Board.
Emily Morse is the GIS Coordinator for the City of Pawtucket, RI. She has served on the board for several terms.

Igor, having spent many years in academe and consulting, is an environmental engineer specializing in storm water runoff and nonpoint source pollution. He has served on the RIFMA board for many terms.

Anthony Hebert is a project financing professional, managing clean water infrastructure and community resiliency programs at the RI Infrastructure Bank.
This is his first term on the RIFMA Board.
Ken Filarski, CFM, AICP, owns Filarski/ Architecture + Planning + Research. This is his fourth term on the RIFMA Board.

Art Gold is a retired professor of Watershed Hydrology who is active with the Providence Stormwater Innovation Center. His expertise includes the interactions of land use practices and natural features with water quality and river flow regimes

Bethany Murphy

Bethany Murphy is an Engineer at Pare Corporation in the Geotechnical Division, Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) Modeling Group.
Chuck is a manager with the Builders Insurance Group. This is his fifth term on the RIFMA Board.

Camerin Bennett
Member-at-Large
Camerin is a project manager who currently works on development projects at RIDEM and has a background in planning, resiliency, remediation, and general environmental consulting. This is her first term on the RIFMA Board.
Greg Avenia, PE, CFM is a Project Manager and Senior Engineer at Kleinfelder. This is his first term on the RIFMA Board.
